Ms. Kloster joined NSR in 2011 as the Marketing Manager, supporting NSR’s industry-leading team of global analysts. She is currently based in NSR’s Washington D.C. office. From 2007 – 2011, Ms. Kloster served as the Director of International Programmes for the GVF, where her focus was on regulatory issues, industry advocacy, and supporting GVF’s line-up of international satellite communications events. During her time with GVF, she advocated the importance of access to the radio frequency spectrum for satellite services at the ITU-WRC in Geneva and regional regulatory meetings throughout the northern hemisphere, meet with national administrators to stress the importance of satellite communications to their domestic communications portfolios, and provided key marketing and administrative support to GVF’s series of industry-centric events and initiatives. In addition to her duties as Director of International Programmes, Ms. Kloster also coordinated and taught the GVF -USTTI training series for delegates of developing nations. Ms. Kloster received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, with a minor in Political Science and German Language and Culture in 2007 from California State University, Long Beach.
