Mrs. Grady is a seasoned marketing professional who joined NSR in 2011. During her tenure, she built the NSR marketing team from scratch and played a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and development until its acquisition by Analysys Mason last year. As head of marketing, Mrs. Grady was responsible for developing and implementing NSR’s strategic marketing initiatives, including building its multimedia marketing portfolio from the ground up. She oversaw the rollout and execution of all of NSR’s digital marketing efforts, managed the company’s website, negotiated partner contracts, and coordinated live events, speaking engagements, and press coverage.
She is currently based in NSR’s Washington D.C. office. From 2007 – 2011, Mrs. Grady served as the Director of International Programmes for the GVF, where her focus was on regulatory issues, industry advocacy, and supporting GVF’s line-up of international satellite communications events. During her time with GVF, she advocated the importance of access to the radio frequency spectrum for satellite services at the ITU-WRC in Geneva and regional regulatory meetings throughout the northern hemisphere, meeting with national administrators to stress the importance of satellite communications to their domestic communications portfolios, and provided key marketing and administrative support to GVF’s series of industry-centric events and initiatives. In addition to her duties as Director of International Programmes, Mrs. Grady also coordinated and taught the GVF -USTTI training series for delegates of developing nations. Prior to moving to DC, Mrs. Grady worked on the ISCe show in Long Beach & San Diego, CA while a student from 2002 – 2007.
Mrs. Grady received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, with a focus on International Law, and German Language, History, and Culture along with a minor in Political Science, in 2007 from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to her International Studies degree, she also studied Design at CSULB and BioPsychology at UCSB.
